Registration for the program is required at least 24 hours prior to your first class.

  • Improve memory and academics: reading, writing, math

  • Promote a more efficient mind-body connection
  • Be more alert and aware of your surroundings with increased brain stimulation

With a series of simple, adaptable movements that activate the mind and body for whole brain functioning you can improve your balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and reflexes. In addition, your mental clarity and mood will improve.

The instructor is adept at providing accommodations for those with limited mobility or who use a wheelchair.

PREVIEW SESSION

Join us for this Think Tall Don’t Fall Primer Session. This session is talk-based and is encouraged for all participants.

S. Christina Boyd will provide an introduction and explanation of Think Tall — Don’t Fall. Movement and cognition are inseparable and the Think Tall — Don’t Fall class is much more than a class for balance and stability.

In this Introduction, learn how simple, designed movements can restore brain function, basic daily skills, and emotional resilience. Experience some of the simple, easy-to-do movements, seated or standing, to understand the physiological connection between movement and rehabilitative therapy. Gain a greater understanding of how your body and brain function together.

Classes instructed by:

S.Christina Boyd is an Educational Kinesiologist, Licensed Brain Gym® Instructor and Master Practitioner of NLP. A movement therapist for 31 years, she works with children, teens, adults, and couples to facilitate personal change.
