Andrew Ecker & Monica Patton
Co-founders of Drumming Sounds
Andrew Ecker and Monica Patton, co-founders of Drumming Sounds, have dedicated over 25 years to facilitating rhythm-based wellness programs that support healing, connection, and community. Together, they have led more than 5,000 drumming and sound-based experiences across hospitals, behavioral health programs, memory care communities, treatment centers, and national conferences.
Andrew, author of The Sacred 7, is a speaker and recovery coach whose work bridges ancient wisdom and modern science through the Drumming Sounds Protocol—an evidence-based framework designed to regulate the nervous system and enhance emotional well-being through rhythm and sound.
Monica is a certified HealthRHYTHMS facilitator, Reiki Master, and sound healer whose expertise lies in creating safe, restorative spaces that foster mindfulness and connection. Her use of singing bowls, frame drums, and guided breathwork invites participants to experience profound relaxation and renewal.

Pnina Zmora has amassed a wealth of knowledge in many different healing modalities throughout her 28-year spiritual journey.
Pnina started that journey in 1997 with her teacher Yafa Alfi in Tel Aviv,Israel, studying self-awareness and guided imagery.
In 2008, after a 550-hour training program, she became a Reiki Master and Spiritual Counselor under the teaching of Margaret Ann Case at the Open Center
NY. She continued her Reiki study with Pamela Miles and volunteered at the rape crisis center at St. Vincent Hospital for alternative holistic treatment.
In 2010, Pnina traveled to India, the first of many trips, where she started her path in Raja Yoga with Shiv Shankar Tripati.
She would later carry on her study, and practice with Shani Kedar Sabag in Israel, and continue to travel to India every year since.
In 2014 she completed Power by Opposites Yoga Therapy Level 1, instructed by Michael R. Gilbert in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Pnina found out in 2015 that she fractured two vertebrates in her spine and was told that sooner or later she will find herself in a wheelchair for the rest of her life.
This strengthened her resolve in her spiritual journey, and in 2015 she became a certified Biogonomy Practitioner under the teaching of Noga Gazit in Tel Aviv, Israel.
She continued to expand her understanding and knowledge in vibrational healing modalities, and was certified as a Theta Healing Practitioner in the following courses:
Basic DNA (Miriam Agmon – Kefar Saba, Israel), Advanced DNA, Dig Deeper, Manifestation & Abundance, Intuitive Anatomy, Soulmate, Game of Life (Dawn Maree – Big Fork, Montana.
In 2016 she completed the following courses in Recall Healing with Gilbert Renanad, PHD:
Recall Healing Level 1, Recall Healing Level 2, & Behind the Shadow of Depression, Addiction, and OCD, in Tel Aviv, Israel.
In 2017 she completed her instructor Certification in Basic & Advanced DNA, Dig Deeper, Soulmate, and Manifestation & Abundance under the founder of
ThetaHealing, Vianna Stibal (Big Fork, Montana).
Pnina realized that her joy and fulfillment come from learning, which she continues to do to this day.
In 2022, Pnina completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher certification with Anna Winkler & Donna Davidge at the Dharmakaya Center for Well Being.
Julie is currently a director for “Alter of Earth,” a Scottish-based, non-profit organization providing nature-based mental wellness and trauma recovery programs. From 2016 to 2023, she was a board member and chair (three years) for the Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona. From 2015 to 2020, she was a provider for the SPARTA Project, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help heal the moral and spiritual wounds of our warfighters, veterans, and first responders. Julie currently teaches modules on PTSD for East Valley police and fire departments for their “Crisis Intervention Team” (CIT) cohorts on a roving basis.
Julie is a speaker, poet, and writer, and is firmly committed to serving her patients and her community.
Dr. Alison Reuter

Dr. Alison Reuter is an Arizona-licensed psychologist, board-certified in pediatric neuropsychology. Dr. Reuter works in private practice where she conducts evaluations (both private and forensic) as well as provides family and professional consultation and counseling. In addition, Dr. Reuter works within an acute inpatient medical setting at Encompass Health Valley of the Sun Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Reuter specializes in the evaluation and support of individuals with acquired brain injuries and other physical rehab diagnoses in this setting. She is the board Vice President of the Arizona Psychology Training Consortium, which creates and oversees quality postdoctoral training sites throughout the state.
