Come ready to learn\, laugh\, connect\, and be reminded that healing does not have to happen alone. \nLunch will be a salad-and-taco bar from Rubio’s.  \nLearning Objectives:By the end of this session\, participants will be able to: \n\nUnderstand how soundwaves influence the nervous system and brainwave states\, including alpha\, theta\, and delta.\nExplain why human connection is an important part of emotional wellness and resilience.\nDescribe how laughter can reduce stress and shift perspectives during challenging seasons of life.\nRecognize how sharing imperfect\, “messy” human moments can strengthen connection with others.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n — FEATURED SPEAKERS —\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Julie Rake\, PA-C\n Julie Rake has been practicing medicine as a PA for over 20 years.
