  • All artists must be residents of Arizona, have a Brain Injury, and complete the online submission packet.
  • Artists may apply to submit up to three (3) pieces of art; each will need their own registration and submission paperwork.
  • Deadline for submission is Monday, February 1, 2021
  • Art must be appropriate to view by all ages:
    • Nude artwork will not be accepted.
    • Artwork displaying vulgar or violent images will not be accepted.
    • Volunteers will review submissions and grant approval for inclusion in show.

2021 BIAAZ Virtual Art Show Submission Packet

This is everything you will need to submit by February 1st to be eligible to have your artwork in the virtual gallery.

You may submit up to 3 pieces for consideration, but must complete a submission packet for each one.

Please keep in mind that a submission does not guarantee a showing, as BIAAZ will be reviewing all submissions for appropriate content.

If you have any difficulties with this form, please contact our offices for assistance 602-508-8024 or email Kristin at receptionist@biaaz.org.

We hope to have an auction fundraiser at the close of the art show. Would you consider donating your piece for that auction?

If you have a digital camera great, but if you're using a cellphone, here is a video tutorial with tips for photographing artwork specifically with a cell phone or tablet/laptop from an art teacher. **Don't worry about the editing stuff she says at the end, unless you feel comfortable with such software. BIAAZ can work with your upload to edit if it needs it.** https://youtu.be/QyKiq3XrnR8
