Clayton Echard
PRESENTATION: Thank You, Adversity
Clayton Echard is a former collegiate & professional athlete, who played on the Seattle Seahawks, was a former lead on ABC’s The Bachelor, and is an advocate for fitness & mental health. Clayton has appeared on a variety of talk shows including Jimmy Kimmel, Live with Kelly & Ryan, and has been interviewed by People Magazine, Men’s Health, E!News and others. Passionate about sharing his experience struggling with mental health issues, Clayton’s public speaking profile includes appearances at an array of events across the United States, targeting discussions amongst youth and covering a variety of highly unspoken mental health issues, such as; Self-Awareness/Mindfulness, Body Dysmorphia, Cyberbullying, Toxic Masculinity and Suicidal Ideation.
Lana Sunderland
PRESENTATION: Get Your Mental Health Toolkit In Order
Lana Sunderland is a Social Worker with 13 years of professional experience in crisis services, outpatient therapy, behavioral health, foster group homes, and case management. She currently provides Social Work services for people with brain injuries at Cerebrations LLC, a Coaching and Vocational Rehabilitation agency in Mesa, AZ. She received her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in 2021. Since then, she has worked closely with other fields, such as schools, law enforcement, hospitals, and vocational specialists.
Her passion is sharing knowledge about emotions that she’s learned professionally and personally. This includes how ‘being in a relationship’ with your feelings leads to feeling calmer in your life and increased energy, authenticity, and a connection to reshaping a changing identity. She enjoys spending time with her family/friends, reading, and hiking.
