STROKE SURVIVORS SUPPORT GROUP
Sunday, April 18, 2021 3:00 – 4:00 PM (Arizona time)
Open to survivors and family members/caregivers, this group focuses specifically on the challenges and changes that can accompany strokes. Our certified facilitator will lead the group in conversation as well as special topics, as appropriate.
Group will meet via Zoom the third Sunday of the month, 3:00-4:00pm
Group is currently open statewide to participants.
